I grew up in a university town and my generation was endoctrinated in school… at age 12 we were told over and over again that we would be evil if we had children because there would soon be standing room only on the planet. They gave us bogus statistics and went into grizzly details about world famines. Then they gave us sex education classes where they made us watch a horrible, messy movie of a baby being born with none of the beauty included. Made it look like the worst nightmare ever. They also had gay people come in and try to push their agenda on us. Plus, all of the TV shows were about non-traditional families… I don't think there were any with both a mother and a father. And all of the cartoons were about animals being the only ones with human emotions and humans being the adversaries. The de-population agenda won big with my generation. I'm not making excuses, just explaining Satan's role in public education, media, etc. When you're endoctrinated in school, etc. it's hard to undo, even with Jesus, especially with so many if the churches being totally devoid of the Holy Spirit and Truth. The Methodist church in my town was intellectual, not spiritual. Great video, Matt!!
A compelling speech. However, I'm 31, never had a girlfriend, and seemingly don't have many female friends. I myself am hoping to get married and start a family of my own, but so far that hasn't happened. I know deep down there's a lot about myself that needs to change for the better. I know deep down I may not understand how to maintain a happy and healthy marriage as well as being a good father. However, I'm sure I'll learn how in due time. When all is said and done, I hope God blesses me with a wonderful marriage and a wonderful family. I will have to continue trusting and following Him and take comfort that He will provide all that for me in His time. Amen.
Amen. People are really missing out when they don't understand the immense and eternal value of being a parent. Our family is growing, and our children are such blessings and miracles. They are being taught about Jesus.
