  1. He mentioned one important statement, "Reaching the whole world does not mean travelling the whole world". Why are some pastors buying private jets and spending millions in church tithes and offerings to maintain them and they would tell you they are for evangelistic purposes? How many souls do they win for Christ annually…I'm not saying how many people switch church membership annually? Why don't they use technology to reach all their church members across the globe? A chain of private jets in one of the poorest countries in the world is a mere display of Pride, Greed, Materialism, Insensitivity, and Pleasure! She [He] that liveth in pleasure, the Bible says, is dead while she [he] liveth. Many of them have not even done a quarter of Paul's achievement who operated i those days without a private ship (the major means of international transportation at the time).

  2. Thank you Seun for bringing Pastor Sam Adeyemi on "MIC ON". The Pastor's exposition on issues of leadership was a great one.

However, on Tithing in the New Testament, the Bible is clear:

    In Matthew 23:23, Jesus says:

“Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye pay tithe of mint and anise and cummin, and have omitted the weightier matters of the law, judgment, mercy, and faith: these ought ye to have done, and not to leave the other undone”

Also, in Luke 11:42, Jesus says:

But woe unto you, Pharisees! for ye tithe mint and rue and all manner of herbs, and pass over judgment and the love of God: these ought ye to have done, and not to leave the other undone.

In the above two verses, Jesus rebukes the Pharisees for omitting weightier matters (more important things listed in the verses) but still justifies paying tithes by saying: “these ought ye to have done”. This is to say that paying tithe only is not the most important thing from them; although, they should still pay their tithes.

  3. Listening to this podcast and I am wondering why there's so much backlash about "japa". He didn't say he japa because of dream, he said it happened when he was planning to come back. We always ask God to order our steps, if it is ordered, it doesn't go forward always, sometimes, stay/stand is part of the steps. God bless you pastor for your insights. You will not fall in Jesus mighty name.

  4. Thus was pathetic propaganda. Sam Adeyemi in my opinion is a hypocrite. SAM ADEYEMI CANNOT LEAD PEOPLE FROM A POSITION OF COMFORT.

I understand SEUN is a member of his church and this explains this softball propaganda interview.

Sam Adeyemi in my opinion is a well spoken fraud.

  5. If children of God in the Old Testament paid tithes and God cheerished such sacrifice and blessed them greatly by it, why should we in this new testament dispensation deprive ourselves of such proven channel of blessings?

One of the best quotes of Rev Sam Adeyemi is "unless a grain of wheat falls into the ground and dies, it remains alone; but if it dies, it produces much grain-John 12:24.
Another one says something like whatever you have that isn't sufficient for you, turn it into a seed.

The question is if I withhold (or pay less) my tithe instead of giving fully to the One (Jehovah Jireh) that has given me freely, will that money saved change my life?

Beloved, if the old Testament tells me to pay all tithe (one-tenth) and nowhere in the New Testament tells me that paying tithe will cause me to miss heaven, then no teaching will change my mind on giving it. When I give, it's to my creator and not to man.

    Pls read Eph 6:6-7 & Gal 1:10
    Shalom!

  6. I'm always inspired and challenged every time I listen to Pastor Sam. He is God's gift to our nation and nations around the world. A man full of wisdom. Thanks, Seun, for bringing such a man of great virtues on your platform. 🤝👏🙂

  7. Dear Bro Seun, thank you for this particular podcast and the content and the issues that you raised. I like the start of and how you ended. I will definitely stop by more often. More wins

  8. That's my Pastor for 23 years now still counting. Excellent leader, humble, secure, compassionate, full of integrity, producer of leaders, passionate about leadership and the development of Nigeria. Dr Sam Adeyemi has impact my life immensely and millions of people globally.
    Blessings!

  9. I have always admired Pst Sam Adeyemi and his style of teaching, especially on leadership. He remains one of those pastors who are respected in Nigeria, and that pool is shrinking yearly . What I struggle with is his relocation abroad at a time. Nigerians, especially the younger generation, need role models. I came to the conclusion that each one must decide what's best for them and their family. Even pastors japa 😅😅

  10. Seun thank you very much for this podcast. Really rich. And PA thank you very much for your enlightenment. I almost didn't want to listen to this podcast. Nigerians listen with an open heart to the end and get wisdom.
