I've really struggled with my self-confidence over the years and I've found that during this lockdown, reading the Bible and internalising its truths has really helped. What helped the most was remembering that the devil is the father of lies, so everytime I think that I'm not good enough, not smart enough, not pretty enough etc. that is not from me or from God, it's from the devil. Now, when those thoughts enter my mind I verbally rebuke them with the things that the Bible says about me- how much God loves us, how precious we are to Him, how through Christ we can accomplish all things and overcome everything- and rejoice in the peace it brings me <3
