Christian Movies: Top 10 (2020)

Most of the so called Christian movies lack the gospel message or its so watered down that its unrecognizable. Especially when Hollywood actors get a hold of it.

What about Martin Scorsese’s silence

As a Christian I have to say some Christian movies are ultra cheesy ,others very misleading, one in particular with that blond long haired dude playing Jesus flying in planes and goes around "encountering " people going about their daily routines who speaks all languages fluently and when a physical problem arises he's a 10th degree black belt in every kind of martial arts known to man .
That reformed mobster Michael Franchese or whatever he calls himself saying " whack Jesus" is so offensive to me .
It's no wonder the unsaved heap scorn on us with all the theological disparities/ unsound doctrines/ merging of Catholicism and other faiths ,it's like Satan has infiltrated every area of the establishment Christian machine ,music/ movies/ and the whole evangelical movement with the fake healers and Toronto blessing brigade it's off the charts .

All these people that are in these movies are all people of God. Not only have I seen all these movies but I have also seen almost every one of the actors or actresses are true pastors.These are all real people just like we all should be

We need more movies like these

Coming from a Christian (specifically Reformed Baptist, having been saved from the false religion of Roman Catholicism), I would strongly advise people to avoid these films, as they are most assuredly nor “Christian” movies. Generally speaking, movies are not an ideal way to share the Gospel; the doctrines of grace.
-Many if not most of them present a distorted view of scripture (i.e. the prosperity gospel at worst, or God’s role is to serve as our cosmic bellhop at best). Philippians 4:13 is not talking about winning a sports game.
-We are also not to “put God on trial”, as He doesn’t need our defense. Deuteronomy 6:16, That puts God as the defendant, and man in the judge’s bench, which is the opposite of what scripture teaches.
-The very poor acting and scripts give ammunition to the opposing sides to mock and ridicule Christianity.
-Many of these films feature individuals who are not even Christians (Priscilla Shirer, Beth Moore), or individuals who claim to be that have very questionable backstories, or VERY poor discernment (Andrea Logan White, David AR White, Candace Cameron).

When you combine my two favorite movie genres, sports and christian, like facing the giants and overcomer did, it never disappoints! I also loved war room and I can only imagine!
