Thank God for our father Bishop Oyedepo for giving clarity to this issue of envy. Younger ministers have been largely criticized recently for trying to go out for Christ. Bishop said that the sky is big enough for all to shine. " Nobody's success is enough reason for your failure," he said. It was our prayers long time ago that our children will leave night clubs and come to the church, and now they have come and have given their lives to Christ and some of them have taken up preaching assignments, but again, we are complaining that they are opening churches, travelling abroad to preach etc; what do we really want? Is this not what we prayed for? Yes, they are young and prone to mistakes; they will learn and get back on their feet. Philippians 1:15-18, whether they preach out of strive, envy, or goodwill, the bottom line is that Christ is preached.Bishop said, run and comment. Thank you bishop.
The UNITY of the entire church is the most paramount, in the heart of JESUS & nothing more. one of the few times, His prayers points were known to us, was when He asked God " Make them ONE, as me & you are ONE" JESUS prayed to His father. John 17 : 11, 20 – 23. We all have a role to play, by becoming tools, for answers to His prayers & not all this NOISE many of us are making, our togetherness is the HEARTBEAT & the DESIRE of JESUS & we MUST make Him glad.
