  31. The earth 🌎 is the domain of humans and God does not come down from heaven to effect His will on earth among men. He uses fellow men to do His will. Even angels don't appear so often in this present era . So the man of God is basically telling me not to limit the use and influence of fellow humans in the answers of prayers and expectations from God.
