Entrepreneurship is the fastest way to build wealth. Necessity is the mother of invention. Business also gives you control of your time and it’s one of your most valuable resources. You derive fulfillment in providing product and services to people who needs it, and you also create job. And when you create job for person, you are not just feeding that person but +5 people connected to him.

If you get too bury with routine work, your creativity side will not work. And you can avoid to see yourself as victim of the current situation. Learn to use small effort to achieve big result.
Today was create yesterday x so don’t compare yourself with people that started ways far before you. Don’t concentrate on what you don’t have. There is a point of return stage for every Enterprenuer and you have to be action oriented.
Business growth stage.
1. Research the market and create or source product and services 2. Your need to define the kind of problem that you best solve. Because you have to a niche that you are best at. Test the market with mvp. 3. Focus on what you have not what you don’t have. What you don’t have make you feels poor . Prophet Elijah and the widow 3. You can selling more, if you take time to listening to them. 4. To scale you have to build system that can work without you. You have to be a system thinker. Hiring people and training them to be a team that aline with your organization vision 6. Other people money, don’t be in an hurry to use debt. You can sell your property to start.
Set big goals and put deadlines. Do more of what is working already. Think of what other need, and start from yourself.
You have to talk your vision and mission and core values to your staffs everyday like 1000 times to get the best out of them. Hire the best head and be quick to fire. People that you notice they are mistake. A man that doesn’t advertise is like a man that winks at a girl in the dark and he knows what he is doing but the lady can’t see him.
