One thing I've observed is that for the majority of people God calls into full time ministry they were already gainfully engaged in non-ministry careers. God saw their dedication to their jobs, saw their dependency on their abilities to keep going on their own, then called them to total dependence on Him. And such people when they faithfully submit to God, He takes them far. But for those who got into ministry at their own timing and most without the experience of having lost their 'livelihoods' , they get easily frustrated and therefore take longer to submit to God's providence.

My father my father !!!!
Planning and goal setting should be secondary, not primary. Planning should take place only AFTER we have secured the mind of God on a matter
