Not that an emotional outpouring of impressionable young people is in any way a revival but there is no biblical precedence of “outpourings” of the Holy Spirit outside of Pentecost. Nor is there a biblical precedence for revival in the last days. Jesus warned us repeatedly that false prophets would come in His name and deceive many.
The fruits of this and other “outpourings” is rotten so stop expecting good fruit from a bad tree.

BUT, ANYTHING like this can be a great thing to draw people to God, like Jesus said, "Leave them alone, those that ARE NOT AGAINST US, ARE FOR US!" When his Apostles asked if they should stop the men that were using Jesus' name to heal, and they weren't with THEM.
I do not believe that this is enough because people are still killing, stealing, telling lies, falsely accusing others, judges are not doing justice where justice is due for the poor and the meek. The lawyers tell lies and falsely accuse others and others do the same things. These evil doers do not stop doing these evil deeds and our creator the Lord God Almighty Jesus is growing tired of what these evil people continue to do. The Lord God Almighty Jesus our creator sees everything that we all have done.
