  1. If you don't have a medical condition or mental illness, you should be doing some sort of workout to stay fit and healthy. You owe that to yourself to be the best version of yourself. If you are lazy, sitting around, and getting obese you will naturally feel insecure because you are betraying your health. One should learn to criticize oneself.

  2. I am 14 and don't like my body as much as I should. So I was bored one day and I thought about typing out a speech on why women and young women and girls dislike their bodies so much. So far everybody that I've shared this with, they have either loved it or liked it.

  4. I can’t stop watching this video. For so long I’ve felt alone. I felt like no one liked me because of how I looked, but Lili reminds us that we’re not alone, nobody is. She reminds us that looks shouldn’t matter, everyone is beautiful in their own way.

  5. Love Lili Reinhart so much and she is absolutely right, it's bad everywhere but especially in the acting and model industry. No one has a right to comment on anyone else's body or their weight (whether they are straight sized OR plus sized)

    I know she has no control over that because she's born this way.
    Other than that she has great communication skills and seems really smart.
    Not too sure about the flower dress though.

  7. I hope that people aren't interpreting it as let fat people stya fat and let ultra slim people stay ultra slim, that is really bad for you're health. If you are fat it is really important to loose weight so that you become fit, a so called healthy mind is useless without a healthy body.
