They are not teaching you everything about fasting . Read Isaiah 58: 6-7 , ask God to give you understanding of his word . When you are on a fast you give to the poor yourselves not to the church. You can give to the church. But make the poor first always . And watch the changes happen in your life . π₯π₯π₯π ps go read all the scriptures on the poor your wealth and your health it's tied to the poor . Jesus said me you will not always have, but the poor will always be with you . Knowledge is power

I did a 27-day fast in 2021. It was amazing. My wife did 16 days

Is it possible for someone with no faith or a lack of faith to fast so they can gain some faith and be more humble while gaining the faith.
