U must include to feed your spirit with The Word
@at Star you can Download bible app on your phone then listen to in while driving to and from work. Then on your breaks and lunch breaks you can read a small pocket bible or print some scripture verse and take the with u to workl. Also during your breaks and lunch breaks you can pray in the restroom stall. Use your brain or pray to god for understanding. It’s not that difficult to have a strategy as to how.

Sister, it’s not a competition but YOUR consecration that matters. Some folks don’t fast, ever. They just go to sleep and wake up hungry. Breaking the only fast they do.

Dr Myles Munroe, covered the physical side of fasting, how to go about it…. in this segment. But remember fasting with out Studying the Word of God is a fruitless exercise, we deprive the flesh of food, so we can feed on spiritual food. Fasting without prayer and reading the Word of God is a diet.
We can also refer it to as food strike
At least when dieting you are allowed to take some meals

The problem I have with the body of Christ is that we are quick to criticism ….Dr Myles Munroe did a very sound justice to the topic. Even if it is centered on just the physical aspect ,pick up another literature that explains the spiritual,Not to talk of the fact that this is just a snippet extracted from the complete teaching.

This is good but when fasting one MUST dedicate himself or herself to STUDYING the Word of God and Praying. I guess this is not the whole sermon.. This is when “The Word becomes FLESH (John 1:1, John 6:27)and flesh becomes “Spirit” (John 6:63) Focussing on the Word and Prayers ( for me) by the THIRD DAY.. I start receiving from God in many ways.. Then move to the miraculous. My brain becomes clearer.. Problems and burdens that weighed me down are lifted. It is like my MIND entered the Heavenly realm to “see” things and I literally forget food!!! When one reaches that “realm” food make no meaning but sometimes reality of everyday life hits you. That is why ( unless one cannot avoid it) It is good to take a retreat… Then also “issues of the ‘other side’ can cause distractions…but one MUST be sensitive… Just MY THOUGHTS from Nigeria, West Africa…

I naturally by the grace of God stopped eating junk foods. I literally have no taste for them. I thought it was just me growing up but nope the Lord did me the favor(: I would have not done that on my own. Yes I crave it sometimes but not like before thank God!

@Cloud Rider the best advice I can give you is to fast and pray some demons won’t go away without fasting and prayer the devil don’t want to see you get closer to JESUS the devil his already doom theres no forgiveness for him he envy us because JESUS died for us so we can have eternal life the devil duties is to kill steal and distroy he wants us to go to hell with him.the devil can whisper in one ears bad thoughts about God and the person thinking they’re the one thinking blasphemy unforgivable sin d devil is a liar It’s Just an Illusion to let one think that God is not with them anymore and they won’t be forgiven JESUS gave us Authority to trample over Scorpions don’t die in your sin every time we sin ask for forgiveness right away Matthew 18:21-22 says, “Peter came to him and asked, ‘Lord, how often should I forgive someone who sins against me? Seven times?’ ‘No, not seven times,’ Jesus replied, ‘but seventy times seven!’” every time we ask for forgiveness we killed death not the earthly bodily death but the second death which is hell even if you die in The Flesh you will never die again you will have eternal life in heaven if you ask for forgiveness that wil give you power over death JESUS Paid It All at the cross for us it took all our sins and iniquities away so don’t think there’s no hope for you there’s always hope in JESUS Christ our Lord and savior 🙏
