Can anyone help me tell this one person that I don’t wanna be friends with him? He’s in the same class as me all day at school and I don’t want to make stuff awkward. Really anyone, too.
Hey, thank you for this video sir I will try doing these more often. I feel like I haven't tried taking risks to serve and preach the Gospel as well as I should. I'll try to do good with the Lord's grace, He's given me stuff to use
This video was popping on my recommendations for weeks straight, I can’t say 100% that is was the holy spirit who encouraged me to watch this particular video; its not the easiest time for me as a teenager, but your words was balm for my soul.❤ thanks for posting and sharing wisdom that we, teenagers need. God bless you
I completly got my teenage years thrown away, constantly moving, even countries, not a single friend or proper schooling after middle school, no hobbies or any things i liked. I am looking forward to moving away
"Read Bible daily" I've been trying, and I realized when I fasted a couple weeks ago; it felt wrong not to eat breakfast. Like, my day hadn't really begun until I ate breakfast. And I was like, "I need to be that way with the Bible." Every morning I go straight to breakfast but I need to go to the Bread of Life just as automatically.
I watched this video in 2x speed and this was so helpful. Especially the part with doing stuff even if you’re embarrassed as a teen. I’m 17 rn and I have a lot to catch up on. I have to stop thinking “oh I can do this when I’m an adult” I never know what will happen tomorrow but I know I have God and with Him, whatever I do now will matter more than years later on. Thank you!!! I’m subscribing and sending this to my cousin.
Brother it has been a struggle because I have a been struggling with every bad thought temptations even though I'm 13 and this watched this vedio so I can realize what are the right things to do
As a seventeen year old, I am now currently working so hard to restore my relationship with my toxic mom and it's a long hard process, but the Lord is helping us through it.
this is awesome! this was popping up on my fyp for a while and i was like okay I'll see what it's about, i was kind of expecting it to be one of those fear mongering, fundamentalist christian things. it wasn't tho, it actually gives you habits that are beneficial and can definitely but hard, but, they're worth it. thank you so much!
PLEASE READ IF YOU ARE STRUGGLING WITH LUST. If you wish you can copy/share this. 16 year old boy here, Unfortunately I too struggled with lust for a long period of time and I still am tempted from time to time, but a major thing that helped me is to just follow the word of god, here are my steps which helped me 1. I know you have probably heard this before but take it seriously "DON'T FIGHT LUST, RUN FROM IT" what I mean here though is don't just avert your eyes from the thing causing you to sin, REMOVE IT, I know it's difficult to remove certain things, scrolling is a big one but a thing that helps with this is set an hour time limit on shorts, this has cut my scrolling time in half because even when I go over my limit, I'm still self aware of how long I've been scrolling. This can cause less opportunities of you seeing certain things 2. INDULGE IN CHRISTIAN CONTENT. if you flood your feed with the good stuff, there's gonna be very little room for the bad. 3. OPEN YOUR BIBLE!!! I know it's difficult once you're doing something bad to go to god, however if you see something that can/does spark a thought in your mind IMMEDIATELY open that bible and start reading, for me personally when I open my bible and start reading I become focused on god and I don't have room for the bad thoughts in my mind. 4. I know I said earlier to remove the thing that is causing you to lust, however if you are in public and you see something, with no option to "run" AVERT YOUR EYES, close them, cover one eye, look off to the side, but do whatever it takes to keep that person/thing out of your mind. 5. Finally whenever you do fall into sin, just know that you are not alone, and god still loves you, however the devil wants you to think otherwise. Before you sin, the devil wants you to think that it doesn't matter because god will forgive you, and afterwards the devil wants you to think that because you did that certain action, repentance is impossible, THAT IS ABSOLUTELY WRONG. When Adam and Eve were in the garden of eden and they ate the fruit, god already knew what they did, however he wasn't angry at them, he said"Where are you?" When god witnesses you sinning he doesn't get angry, he looks for you and he wants you to come back to him and find him. Just know that trusting in god, learning about him, and getting to know him can give you the strength to do anything! I know you can overcome your temptations you just have to build a wall up piece by piece, because while the devil will always try to tempt you, if you get that wall up, that voice is gonna be so quiet that it will almost never bother you again.
One more thing before I go, whoever is reading this part, god showed you this for a reason, he wanted you to read all this, and you did, don't let this be just another thing you pass by apply this to your life, I don't know who you are but you loved and you will get over this temptation just as I.
3:59 another thing, viewers, watching bad things or listening to bad things doesn’t always mean lust, it can simply mean if you have a habit of cursing and listen to music with bad words, or if you’re simply spending more time watching your favorite show than with God (which I’m a big culprit of honestly) and things like that. There’s other forms of bad content , so remember to keep an eye out for those things in your life, and work on removing them
From the bad habits I'm only missing one which is saying which is to building skill, the rest I struggle to read my bible, but I over consume Christian content, Don't take risk to serve, very bad at platonic relationships, I'm not honest about my lust and struggle with finding identity in God and being enough like I don't deserve Him. From the good habits I'm also falling short, tge only thing that I do is trust my instincts and maybe not withholding encouragement and I have a good relationship with my parents, apart from that I don't like doing things I'm bad at, I not good at stewarding my money, I run from my mentors(not proud trying to bons again)
That habit of being honest about internal struggles hits hard—so easy to just hide it as a teen. And making things just for the process, not perfection? Needed to hear that.
I have been really trying to grow my faith. I have had this awesome friend who has helped me, but he is on the other side of the country. My parents aren't really religious people. So I am not able to go to church. I watch my friend's church online, but I struggle to be consistent about it because it's not like going to church with no distractions or anything like that. I feel weird asking, but this has bothered me for a while, does anyone know how I can be more consistent with the online church?
Coming from a girls perspective I think it's really important for girls to be able to talk to guys as mates as well. I went to an all girls school and in my church youth group it's only girls my age. This meant when I went to our summer camps I didnt feel like I knew how to talk to the lads so I missed out on making more christian friends to help build your relationship with christ this then meant I wasnt able to get as much out of the camps as i could of done. But since moving to a boys school for sixth form (which is mixed) I have found it much easier to talk to guys and I have started building closer relationships with these lads ive known for years (but never talked to). This has then meant Ive had more confidence to help organise a local worship night my friend runs as ive been able to invite and convince more people to come!
I'm trying to work on not withholding encouragement. I read bible verses daily, but should be more intentional, as well as in my relationships with my parents. Thanks for this, it really helped me, glory to God & God bless you.
Struggling to talk to girls? I struggle talking to anyone and everyone 😅 Edit: Reading the Bible daily in my opinion is one of the best things you can do if not the best
Thanks man , im a 17 year old teen and i struggle some of this things in my daily life so thanks for talking about it
Pray for me and God bless you in Jesus name Amen.
I wish there were more Christians my age hhshw
Love this !!!

4:27 What is God going to think about this?

✝stay safe, and God be with you

Christianity+self improvement => FINALLY, I love to see this combo. Thanks! May God bless you all 🙂
Why is this so relatable
