We all need courage in the face of resistance, faith when it seems impossible, and love that covers a multitude of sins β the kinda love God showed us when we will still sinners and in desperate need of a King. And everyone should see themselves as David, Samuel, Ester, or Johnathan somewhere in their walk with God, and most of all to grow and to become more like Jesus, and to keep our eyes on the ball, and the soon coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. And if we don't walk away like Saul or betray Christ for the pleasures of this world, He will come and we will enjoy eternity with him, the lover of our souls.
